Join Ashley at her home away from home, the Jamaica Inn, in this intimate wellness retreat designed to rejuvenate your body, and relax the mind and soul. Slow down from your busy schedule to restore vitality, health, and increase your wellness through twice daily yoga classes with breathwork, Yoga Nidra, and Sound experiences with the Singing Crystal Bowls. 

Experience total relaxation and restoration amidst the backdrop of the award-winning timeless luxury hotel, The Jamaica Inn.  There will also be ample free time to relax, and unwind with at the Award-winning Ocean Spa, or simply rest and soak in the healing energy of the Caribbean Sea at the pristine private beach at the glorious surroundings of the historic and intimate Jamaica Inn.

Itinerary

  • Arrivals and Welcome Drink

    6:30-7:30 PM Introductions on Western Lawn

    7:30 PM Group Welcome Dinner on the Terrace

  • 7:15-7:30 AM Optional: Sunrise Meditation on the Beach

    7:45 - 8:45 AM Morning Gentle Yoga & Mindful Movement Class followed by Mindfulness session at Peter’s Point

    Align each morning with movement and breath to move the flow of energy throughout as you energize body and mind finding balance and optimal well-being.

    7:30-10:30 AM Breakfast Served

    Breakfast on your own either before or after the morning session

    10:00 -11:00 AM Optional Excursion (Not included in the price of Retreat)

    Fish Sanctuary Glass Bottom Boat Tour -Get up close and personal with the colorful coral reefs, tropical fish, and other marine life. Take a firsthand look at our coral nursery which is a part of our Jamaica Inn Foundation Initiative ( Minimum 4 guests-  See Ashley for details)

    Afternoon

    Afternoon is free to integrate the practices soaking in the sea and sun or restoring the body through spa treatments at the Ocean Spa.

    4:30-5:30 PM Afternoon Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra session or Sound Experience TBD

    Yin Yoga is a gentle practice focusing on stillness, meditation and deep stretching.  This practice calms the body and mind while increasing mobility through longer holds in order to work on the connective tissue and fascia.  

    Yoga Nidra is a technique in which you learn to relax consciously inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Practicing a method such as this can calm the entire emotional structure of the mind. It is an effective way to release stress and induce deep physiological rest and relaxation.

    Sound experience with Crystal singing Bowls provides stress reduction, mental clarity enhancement, emotional release, and sleep improvement. The sound waves from these bowls are thought to synchronize brain wave frequencies, fostering deep relaxation and a tranquil mind, which may ease anxiety, manage stress, and support a balanced mood. Additionally, the harmonious resonance of these bowls could promote a mental reset, sharpening focus and sparking creativity.

    10:30 AM Optional Farm to Skin Foraging at the Ocean Spa

    Join the Spa Team for a morning of wellness as they take you on a journey through lush gardens, where you will learn about therapeutic plants and herbs, and their medicinal properties. At the end of the tour make your own tropical body scrub.

    Afternoon is free to integrate the practices soaking in the sea and sun or restoring the body through spa treatments at the Ocean Spa.

    Enjoy the sweet sound of the Happy Smilers on the Bar Terrace while you have a complimentary drink on us.

    8:00 PM Beach Gala BBQ

    Following the cocktail party, join the group for the BBQ or dinner on your own for a beautiful candlelit evening under the stars.

    Mindful slow vinyasa flow to wake the mind and energize the body.

    Experience an immersive gastronomic journey around the property as our head gardener leads a tour of our gardens. Incorporate the practice of Mindful Eating as we sample a variety of fruits, spices, and herbs cultivated on the property.
